How we did it
Throughout 2024, Barton Peveril Sixth Form College partnered with ADSP to explore AI's potential in delivering operational and administrative improvements. We supported their AI strategy by developing a suite of customised AI agents aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Using our expertise in AI solutions, we integrated these agents seamlessly with the college's existing systems such as Google Suite, the Management Information System (MIS), bus services, and catering information. These AI solutions included digital assistants, automated grading tools, risk assessment agents, and advanced resource finders. The tailored AI solutions significantly lightened staff workloads, enabled better resource management, and facilitated safer, more efficient planning and operations. The partnership underscores how strategic AI adoption can drive improvements in administrative efficiency, accuracy, and overall institutional effectiveness.
