Our Story
Founded in 2016, ADSP is a consultancy that provides businesses with world-class data science and AI solutions that deliver long-term value. We are a team of data engineers, scientists and architects who understand what it takes to meet this objective, every time.
Every one of our projects is bespoke, but there are some core themes that run throughout our work.

We also value transparency in our models - our data scientists know how to build state-of-the-art, interpretable models that predict, optimise and provide actionable recommendations. Ross has over 15 years’ experience in BI and data science, he's led teams in Europe & APAC that help companies develop products, manage inventory, optimise contact strategies and reduce churn.
David Foster
Founding Partner
David is experienced in the design and implementation of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. He holds an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge and an MSc in Operational Research.
Amy Bull
Partner and Head of Operations
Amy is a leader with an analytical and strategic mind. She has a background in marketing and brings a wealth of commercial experience to the leadership team.
Ali Parandeh
Head of Engineering
Ali is a Chartered Rail Systems and Software Engineer with consulting and development experience. He has led engineering teams both at large multi-national consultancies and at tech startups.
Zine Eddine
Head of Business Development
Zine has 10 years experience working with entities across four continents. His academic background is in Political Economy with a focus on how AI can facilitate the promotion of human capabilities and improved business outcomes.
Jonny Davis
Head of Data Science
Jonny has a background in Physics and over 6 years experience in data science consulting. He has worked across a range of industries, from public sector and energy to construction and telecomms.
Joe Rowe
Head Of Technical Assurance & Compliance
Joe graduated at the top of his class from the University of York with a 1st BSc in Physics. He is ACA qualified (5 years post qual) and as a software engineer has worked on major system migrations and greenfield AI/ML projects across various industries.

Head of People
Aneta is an experienced HR professional, MCIPD and SHRM-SCP qualified. She is passionate about driving impactful organisational changes and creating workplace cultures that support growth and development of diverse talent.

Project Coordinator
Aleshia holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of East London. She is a highly organised self-starter and co-ordinates data science projects across the business.
Mai Do
AI Engineer
Mai has 10 years business experience including various technical programming statistics and machine learning projects. She holds a MSc in Data Analytics at Oxford Brookes University.
Evelina Kireilyte
Full Stack Developer
Evelina has a MRes in Biochemistry, her previous experience lies in genome sequencing, but her interest shifted recently to programming liquid handling robots which led her to software development.
Khaleel Syed
Data Engineer
Khaleel holds a BSc in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex. He has analytical, problem-solving and statistical skills along with Python and SQL expertise.
William Holmes
Senior Data Scientist
Will holds an MSc in AI, with expertise in software engineering. He has experience in multiple fields including Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI and Forecasting, in the Cybersecurity, Financial Services, and Agricultural sectors.

Sylvain is a former neuroscientist specialised in Digital Signal Processing and functional imaging. After working many years in Academia, he transitioned to Data Science where he brings a solid knowledge in statistics, time series and computer vision.
